US-Based PE Company Partners With Canadian Dental Support Organization
Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in promising lower-middle-market companies, has announced a new partnership with Altima Dental Centers, one of Canada’s largest dental service organizations. Sentinel, a New York-based company, has experience with dental support organizations. In January 2016, Sentinel sold Northeast Dental Management to Dental Care Alliance [read the story HERE]. Prior to the sale to DCA, Sentinel had owned Northeast Dental Management since April 2012.
The founders of Altima, Drs. Grail and Christodoulou, have built the business over the past 23 years. Based in Toronto, Altima’s clinic network includes more than 30 offices in six provinces across Canada. Altima’s strategy is to continue to grow through affiliation with other dental practices across Canada.
