The Venice Symphony Orchestra welcomes a development manager

The Venice Symphony is pleased to announce that Brad Clark has joined the organization as Chief Development Officer. Clark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay and brings to Symphony his experience working with nonprofits and planning events with several prominent organizations across the country, including the San Diego Padres of the MLB. He most recently served as director of the North Port, FL Club of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Clark also has extensive experience as a business owner and manager. As Head of Development, Clark will work with the Philanthropy and Events team and with the patrons of the Venice Symphony. “I’m very excited to be working on our first social event of the season, benefiting our Youth Symphony,” said Clark. “I look forward to meeting many other patrons and members of our community at this fantastic event.” Christine Kasten, President and CEO of the Venice Symphony Orchestra, said: “Since joining us this summer, Brad has already become a valued member of the Symphony Orchestra, overseeing appeals to critical donors , two separate special events working with the Chair Society and our volunteers, The Friends of La Symphonie. Clark added: “The Venice Symphony Orchestra has given me the opportunity to use my experience in planning and designing high-end events. I know that by working together, we can bring extraordinary events to this community. I’m excited to help people celebrate life through The Symphony’s music and the sense of connection it brings to people of all ages.
