Sodexo has chosen to accelerate the development of Benefits
As part of the strategic review conducted in recent months, Sodexo has defined a new roadmap to accelerate the development of the Benefits & Rewards Services activity. The option of opening the capital of the Benefits & Rewards Services activity to an investor was not retained, the Board of Directors having considered that it did not create enough value.
The new Benefits & Rewards Services roadmap will enable Sodexo to take full advantage of the strong development potential of this strategic asset in the years to come.
