PTI completes its organizational structure

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Provincial Information Secretary Zahir Shah Toru said on Friday that his party has completed its organizational structure at the lowest level across the country.

Speaking at a press conference here on Friday, he said the PTI has completed the organizational structure of 22 of the 35 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Zahir Shah said the PTI had become the only political party whose 150,000 leaders were in direct contact with the people.

Zahir Shah said the party was being reorganized on the instructions of PTI leader Imran Khan.

He said the workers conveyed Imran Khan’s vision to the village and neighborhood council.

He said that sub-organizations including Ulema Wing, Student Wing, Lawyers Wing, Doctors Wing, Merchants Wing, Women’s Wing and farmers, had been trained locally.

While referring to the political situation, he said the “imported government” got angry after the announcement of by-elections on some seats.

The PTI would give other parties a hard time in by-elections, he said, and dismissed reports of internal divisions within the party.

He said the party’s parliamentary council would decide on the allocation of tickets in light of direction from the leadership.
