Neiman Marcus Group Announces New Corporate Hubs Strategy to Revolutionize the Way Business Works
NMG chose the Cityplace Tower in the Uptown district of dallas for his Dallas Hub. The location is ideal for area-based associates and is centralized between its flagships Neiman Marcus Downtown and NorthPark. This hub will undergo extensive renovations to equip the space with innovative solutions to support the retailer’s integrated ways of working with an estimated opening in early 2023. The company will retain its Neiman Marcus Downtown Dallas location as a flagship store with space additional business above. .
The luxury retailer is also exploring other locations for corporate centers where it has large concentrations of associates. These modern workspaces will be a new conceptualization of the retailer’s groundbreaking working philosophy, NMG|WOW, which the company implemented in 2020. NMG|WOW allows most of the company’s associates to split their time and choose their location based on what generates the best results. .
The new corporate centers will reinforce NMG’s “omni” working culture by creating collaborative, digital and physical spaces, meeting rooms and workstations instead of permanent offices. State-of-the-art space design and technology will foster teamwork, innovation, creativity, collaboration and infuse all aspects of the retailer’s NMG|Way culture.
