Boldness and Trust.
LindeMac Real Estate is located in New Hampshire, and the logo reflects the wooded area the business resides in with its main visual of a tree.
The tree is a mostly solid silhouette that includes some falling leaves to add visual interest. The typography is in all uppercase and exudes a sense of boldness and trust, which are good characteristics for a real estate business. A light green and dark green are the only colors used in the design, which again reflects the wooded New Hampshire location.
A letterhead and two-sided business card make up the simple but strong Lindemac Real Estate stationery set design. The green used in the logo is the only color used throughout the rest of the stationery, and the only visual is the tree in the logo. Utilizing white space to its maximum potential, no other elements are used on the pieces besides the logo and contact information.
