Too much time spent behind Ron’s drawing table.
The Adirondack Photographers logo was created several years ago for an ongoing project devoted to the photography and photographers of the Adirondack Mountains. The green color palette speaks to a more non-traditional usage of greens that is often used when representing the Adirondack Mountains.
The imagery is humorous with the use of the ape-to-photographer evolution illustration, and was a unique concept and thought process derived from too much time spent behind Ron’s drawing table. Typographic treatment combines a Romanesque and modern sans serif combination for a professional but not too corporate of a feel.
