Ron Bercume (Principal): Ron began investing in his clients at the beginning of his career, and this business model has brought him long-term growth and stability. He expects his business to continue to grow at a steady pace and maintain its current client retention rates. His business is gradually expanding beyond its roots as a service-based enterprise, and Ron has started focusing on the educational and academic aspects of design and strategic marketing. Dr. Bradley W. Semp (Silent Business Partner | Strategic Consultant): Brad and Ron have been working together for a better part of the new millennium. Brad spent 12 years in the automotive industry before exiting in 2008 to pursue his entrepreneurial endeavors. Brad holds a PhD in Systems Engineering and is a renowned business systems expert and the pioneer behind Human-Centric Systems™. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Michigan and a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP). He holds two patents in the United States and is a sought after speaker on topics including business systemization, entrepreneurship, and human-centric system techniques.
Rachel Bruen (Administrative Executive | Graphic Designer): Rachel was trained as a Graphic Designer and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University, in Pennsylvania. She has held several jobs and worked on a variety of freelance projects since graduating, all of which have reaffirmed her love for design and allowed her to gain experience and confidence as an artist. In 2009, she joined Ron and SeeMore Media, and has since worked full-time in the studio. She is Ron’s only full-time salaried employee, and is gradually assuming greater responsibility for a range of daily operations.
Tim Follos (Writer | Senior Editor for Special Projects): Tim Follos is Ron’s editor for special projects, and is an old friend from Lake Placid High School. Tim graduated from Georgetown University, earning a BA in Government while minoring in English and History. From 2005 through 2007, he was an editorial aide for the Washington Post’s Express, a large D.C.-area daily. He has worked as the Sports Editor of the Lake Placid News and the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, and has also served as those newspapers’ Special Sections Editor. Tim’s writing has appeared in Express, the Onion, the Georgetown Voice, and in numerous other print publications. Several of his articles have been published on washingtonpost.com.
